EXECUTIVE
The Fealty executive team is a hands-on, multidisciplinary team of legal, business process, technology, and project management professionals providing legal support services and outsourcing services. Expertise is equally spread between India and the U.S., including U.S. professional presence on site in India.

This multi-discipline expertise in India and the U.S. allows Fealty to provide more comprehensive solutions and oversight than standard service firms.

The team members strive hard to achive best quality in the services we provide like legal support services, legal outsourcing services, patent services, intellcetual property litigation and transaction support.

STAFF
Fealty's legal staff consists of Corporate Specialists and Patent Specialists, pursuant to being certified under Fealty's custom training programs. They must also demonstrate high English language and computer proficiency and understanding of the high standards and demands of U.S. clients.

Staff undergo multiple interviews and hours of examination of their intellectual and professional skills. Tested intellectual skills include analytical, critical thinking, detail and writing skills. Tested professional skills include temperament, client sensitivity, ethics and understanding of fiduciary duty.

Executive team members are involved in the recruitment and screening of all staff, with every specialist being literally hand picked by executive team members.

Our project directors include a significant proportion of U.S. trained legal professionals. These are executive team members, who are graduates of America's top law schools, including Northwestern, Stanford, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, etc.
